30 Days of Happiness: Day 2

This has to hit everyone at least once in their life. Being healthy. It’s one thing that many people are and that they should be very grateful for. But it seems like it’s looked over a lot.


For myself, I am very grateful that I am healthy. I may not be in the greatest shape, but there is nothing physically or mentally wrong with me. It’s that I, myself have looked over many times, along with a majority of people today, and that should definitely be changed. When seeing and knowing that you’re healthy, it makes things seem different. Your perspective on life changes and that’s where that grateful feeling comes from. It’s something that will make you smile, but sad at the same time. Reason being, is that it makes you happy because you are healthy, sad because there are others in the world that aren’t healthy. What makes that worse is that they don’t deserve it.


Anyways, I hope that you realize, if you haven’t already, that you should already be grateful if you’re healthy. Even if you don’t have much, still remember that. That’s one of the many reasons why I started blogging. I am healthy and can do almost anything that I want. So why not do something with it?
