30 Days of Happiness: 8

I think it’s very important to have someone in your life that you can always trust, talk to, have fun with, be yourself with, have those 12 AM deep conversations with, and above all, love. This could range anywhere from your Dad, best friend, significant other, etc. Just having someone there that you feel the most comfortable with is key. For the past almost two years, I have found someone who I can absolutely share and feel comfortable with at all times. This person has brought out the best in me and I’ve realized that.

It’s one of the best feelings, to be honest. I’ve never shared so much to one person ever. I feel like you should find someone that you can share everything with, because it’s healthy to let things out. Talking to yourself or just thinking everything out can be good to, but I feel like it’s going to be built up pressure.

Something that has built a lot of pressure in my life, was high school. High school for me was good, but a lot of stress. It shouldn’t have been, but it was. I guess it was kind of good, because when you are an adult, there are a lot of responsibilities that you have to have and take care of.

Something that I want to clarify though, is to try to make situations as stress free as you can. It’ll just make everything a lot better. And to incorporate everything together, having someone there to talk to about your stress is a must. Letting out all of unneeded stress will be great for your body and mind. For myself, I would get a lot of headaches and when I would plainly over stress, I would cry for a good hour. It is good to have a good cry sometimes, but not all of the time.

Anyways, just find someone in your life that you can connect with and just talk about anything with. It’ll really help you and that someone out in the end.

Remember, always choose happiness.
