A little update on my reading, I finished Cress on Friday. Which was amazing, and a book review will be coming soon for that. Right after I finished reading that, I drove straight into Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe. I remembered this book being really good and sending a good message about being yourself, especially to boys. But once I started reading, I didn’t really like the writing style Sáenz used. It was filled with a lot of short sentences and I couldn’t keep my mind focused on the story. But if you’re looking for a book sending a powerful message about being yourself and living the rules and expectations everyone else has on you, I definitely recommend this.
The book was great to read, but now that I’ve already read it, it made me not want to read it again and because of the writing style was chosen for the book. Regardless, the book was still very good.
