Happy Friday, ya’ll! For some reason when I sat down at my desk this morning, I wanted nothing but to blast my music and drink my juice – and that’s just what I did! Of course I jumped into work after a couple of songs.
As I have mentioned that music is therapy for me before, but if you want to get into a super positive mood, definitely listen to music that really gets you going.
To get onto it, this week has been an up and down kind of week. In the morning I would be feeling on the groggy side and then at nine at night, I would want to go out into town. In return, I had to pay for that in my sleeping schedule. And for some odd reason I’ve been feeling sick in the afternoons and I came to the conclusion that it was from stress. The stress is from a number of things, but no more talk about that. A little tip from me to you: if you want to not stress over something even more, forget about it. There’s use in overworking your brain when you could be using it for other ambitions. If I’ve learned anything from this week, it’s for sure that. I find myself almost everyday worrying about something new that’s impractical. So I replace the nonsense with joy, and my joy for this week was journaling. I had forgotten about journaling for a hot minute, but I’m right back into it. If you are creative and find peace in crafts, I highly suggest doing it. For myself, it really calms down the nerves.
