For my final quote, “Don’t ruin a good today by thinking about a bad yesterday. Let it go.” – unknown, this one really hits home.
To start off with, we all have encountered this sometime. Whether is be from school, work, or just social life. Personally I have been effected in all three. For some reason my head loves to look back on a lot of the bad times, from doing something wrong to not liking how I said something. It’s not like have to think about it, I simply just choose to and I want to stop that. In the past four years I have spent more time worrying about those past memories when I could have thinking about being happy.
One way I can get over those small things is by telling myself, “no worries, you’re fine.” And I believe that we constantly have to tell ourselves that we’re fine. If you can think it, then you can start to believe it. I know that sounded kind of corny but it could work for you.
