So I have found out a theme I wanted to talk about this week, and that is finding your calm. What I mean by that is the way you relax after something you’ve been very worried or stressed about.
To begin, I always, always go to music. I think music has always been there for me when I’m not sure where else to go. It sounds corny, but my music feels and sounds powerful. And so the music makes me feel some sort of way that makes me forget about what I was worried about just moments before.
What I suggest is sitting down, turning your music on, and just listen. There isn’t much to it, so I find this to be one the easier techniques to take stress away.
