To continue on with de-stressing, something that I picked up on in the last couple of years is journaling. Whether it be writing how I feel or gluing in some great memories, to me it’s a great way to take your mind off of whatever it may be and only focus on your journal. Personally, I like more of the taping and gluing in things I kept from special occasions. I usually try to make it as appealing as possible because that leads me to want to do it more and it’ll really take my mind off of whatever I was stressed or overwhelmed about.
To journal, it doesn’t have to be writing your feelings or even doing what I do. You can do ANYTHING you want. To just get your mind on a happier subject is all that matter at that moment.
