I don’t know about ya’ll, but this week flew right by! Monday did seem to drag on, but right after, it booked right along. As usual, I hope your week was amazing and filled with good things. Mine was pretty good, even though there wasn’t anything super exciting happening, it was still a lot better than most.
Other than the same ol’ with writing, I just started watching the Netflix Original, 13 Reasons Why, and so far it’s great! Though it’s mainly sad, the plot and how things are coming together is really interesting. And it’s even more interesting that the main girl, Hannah had decided to record the tapes and make it like a game for those who needed to listen. I think I may be doing a review on the show next, so stay tuned for that. I also heard that the show was originally a book so I might even try to get the book and do a little comparison as well.
Something else that I did this week was write down all the things in life that I’m grateful for. It may seem cheesy, but it’s nice to physically see the things that you should tell yourself to be grateful about everyday. I wrote down four of them and they were; I’m healthy and living in a house, I have an amazing best friend who is there for me every single day, I’ve published two books, and I don’t have to work and 9-5 job. I truly am thankful for these things and I try to be as grateful and thankful everyday as much as I can. And some days it is hard, but in the end I remember what I have and where I’m at, and all of that seems to put a constant smile on my face no matter what.
