Another way of dealing with stress or if you’re worried, take some time for yourself and yourself only. One way of doing it is when you get ready in the mornings, make sure you set a time period where you can devote to yourself only. An hour or two will do. By doing this, you’ll allow yourself the time you need to make yourself happy for the day. I know on most days, you’d rather wake up 20 minutes before you have to go, but it’s nice to maybe once or twice a week to make a time slot for a mini pamper session.
I have found by taking my time and maybe doing some things in the morning that I wouldn’t regularly do has made me a lot more productive. For some reason doing this makes me want to take on the world and do as much as I can. Although you can get a little ahead of yourself it’s always nice to feel productive rather than sluggish.
