For my final advice on how I deal with being worried and stress is simply taking a step back and looking at where you’re at and what you’re doing.
Step one; are your living comfortably in your situation? If so, that’s a major thing that you don’t have to worry about. And if you’re not, back track and see how you got there. There will always be a reason as to why you came to be where you are. Then look at your options and what you have to do to get where you want to be.
Step two; what are you doing in your life in this very moment? Are you doing what you want and love or are you doing the complete opposite? If you’re doing what you want and love, great! You should be so thankful at how far you’ve come to be and the person you’re working on to be. And if you’re not doing what you want, ask yourself if you are working your way up to it. Are you consciously knowing that what you;re doing now will benefit you in the future. If you’re not, try to stop and begin a new path that’ll direct you to your dreams.
I always have to stop myself in life and try to take in all that I have and where I am, because although we have so much in life to be grateful for, the bad always seems to over shadow at some point.
