Hi friends! For today, I am doing a personality test that I’ve done previously, but I’m going to take it again to see if anything has changed, which I don’t think it will.
Alright, so I had taken this quiz probably about four months or so ago. I had gotten advocate and that’s still what I got. By this sites definition, an advocate is basically someone who lives with a purpose of helping others, trying to help themselves continuously, and help the world. One part of the test results said, “Advocates indeed share a unique combination of traits: though soft-spoken, they have very strong opinions and will fight tirelessly for an idea they believe in. They are decisive and strong-willed, but will rarely use that energy for personal gain – Advocates will act with creativity, imagination, conviction and sensitivity not to create advantage, but to create balance.” And this I feel is so true for myself. I find myself being creative everyday but not exactly for myself. It’s hard to explain in words but it’s like keeping yourself busy and interested for yourself, but in the long run it’s going to be for someone else. You may not realize it at times, but in reality you get the hang of it.
For myself, being an advocate makes me so happy. I’m happy because I love helping others but in a quiet way. Confrontation isn’t my best quality, although I’d like to get better at it. It doesn’t help that I’m awkward with conversations either, but I’m trying to get better at that too. It’s never too late to start.
On this test, it gives you a list of other famous people of history and well known characters. Some of them for mine were Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa, Jimmy Carter, Morgan Freeman, and a handful of others. It’s an absolute honor to be compared with these amazing figures who I believe help others everyday. I feel as though I shouldn’t be, but that’s just another characteristic of an advocate, haha! From time to time I catch myself being very contradictive. Anywho, it’s so amazing that I can connect to these people and even look up to them. They have laid down everything that they were and history books reflect that. I hope one day I can do the same. Maybe not a history book, but you get the jist.
An advocate can be rough, but I’m happy to be one and will continue on my journey of life to help others and seek how I can help myself in the process.
I definitely suggest you all try out this 16 Personalities test. It not only tells you what your personality is, but it comes with a list of significant others and eight categories for you to learn more about yourself!
Much love, Chloe ❤
