OTD #279 Find that happiness of yours!

Since I dedicate Sundays towards positive affirmations and haven’t done one in a while, I’d like to take some time and do just that now.

As I’m writing this, I’m feeling so grateful and happy. It’s actually almost overwhelming with the amount of gratefulness that I feel. I can’t tell you how amazing of a feeling this is but it’s just what everyone needs all the time. So, if you aren’t already, find something that gives you the kind of gratitude I’m talking about and cherish it. Take in deep breaths and exclude yourself from all the bad to bring in the good that thing is giving you. Let whatever it is take over and just explode with happiness.

Even though it’s very easy, don’t take things for granted and remember that you have at your very own fingertips what makes you the happiest.

Continue to spread love and kindness.
